How often do you update the site?

Normally every weekend, we place new pictures and/or stories. Most weeks the new items were added Friday morning, so you may have new fun every weekend. But it may happen that we travel, have guest etc. and we add the new things later or make a larger update for two weeks. But we guartantee new items twice a month.

How much does it cost?
|
Membership of PrisonCellOnline costs US$ 9.99 for 30 days (recurring billing), US$ 11.11 for 48 days (recurring billing), US$ 19.98 for 90 (recurring billing) days and US$ 39.99 for 365 days. Your credit card company will convert to your local currency at their published current rate.

How does suscription work?

Our subscriptions are handled for us by our agent INET-Cash.
They take your credit card details when you subscribe and look after all subscription details.
When you subscribe successfully, they add your username and password to our password file, which we then check whenever you sign in. We do not receive your credit card details; they are secret to INET-Cash.
Our billing agent, INET-Cash, accepts Visa and Mastercard.
When you enter your card number, you must ensure there are no spaces between the blocks of 4 numbers on the card.
Spaces in the number will throw the INET-Cash computer into a permanent sulk and he wont let you in.
But INET-Cash offers also Membership per telephone-payment: Dialer | Voice Call Voice Call for the following countries: Germany, Austria, United Kingdom, Switzerland.
Dialer (Modem/ISDN) worls in the following countries: Germany, Austria, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Netherlands, Australia, Italy, Spain.
Your current connection to the internet will be disconnected and a new one will be established by a pay-number. To stop surfing the memberarea, please hang up.

I have signed up but my username/password is not accepted

The usual cause of this is forgetting that usernames and passwords are cAsE sEnSiTiVe.
FRED is not the same as fred.
You must enter the username and password EXACTLY as you did when you signed up, with the correct upper and lower case letters.
If it is not that then theres a cock up.
